Women, Unite! Win Tix to Florida Conference for Women
And the winner is:
Elsa Melendez! Your story was inspiring, and with your birthday the next day, how could I not pick you??
Thanks to all my entrants, and I hope to see you at the conference anyway.
Susan
It’s not often you find a conference in Orlando that specifically addresses the needs of women, but in a few weeks, we’ll be home to the Florida Conference for Women. I’ll be there, and excited to participate.
At the conference you can:
- Reinvent your career
- Manage your money
- Market yourself
- Network effectively
- Find funding for your small business
- Manage your health
- Stay positive
And who can’t use all of that??
I want you to go to the conference too, so here’s how you can win.
Visit the conference’s website and review the presentations, agenda, etc. Come back here and leave a comment telling me what you most want to get out of the conference and why. Have you recently been laid off and are looking to start your own business? Suffering a health issue and need help staying positive? Share your sob stories with us.
I’ll pick a winner April 30, and that person will receive a ticket for the conference.
What are you waiting for??

As a partner in a new technology startup, I am always looking for ways to network effectively, market myself and my company, and find new funding opportunities. I am a young professional and have hopes of becoming a mom in the not too distant future as well, so hearing from and networking with other successful and happy working moms would be very meaningful and encouraging on a personal level. This combination of professional and personal connections is what I would most look forward to getting out of the conference.

The topics I am most interested in is managing my money and managing my health – I am a single mom of a 6 yr old boy, and actually my b’day is the day after the conference (may 13th). I will turn 39 yrs old and boy is that age scaring me … I need to learn how to make wise decisions as far as money and even wiser decisions as far as health so I can make sure that I am here to watch my son grow to be an productive member of society. I have worked in the social work field for the last 15 yrs and I am feeling a bit in a rut right now. I see only positives things coming out of being able to attend this conference. Thanks for the opportunity to participate.

This entrepreneur thing sure is a challenge! I so often times feel alone as I brave through my daily Tweets and Facebook updates, blog some, reply to e-mails tons and hope to have some creative juices left to write a few new songs for our next children’s music CD!!!!
These types of Conferences get my mojo going again! I love connecting with other women, and there is nothing better than a day full of my fellow females to feel connected and energized again!
I will love learning from Kelly’s story telling abilities! And the break out sessions I will love attending most will be the Brand YOU! because I love building my brand and finding out more about how to do it better and bigger and cooler! I will really get into the Actions speak louder than words session since I keynote at early childhood conferences and hope to learn some cool stuff about myself as a speaker.
Thank you for this opportunity!
